I told someone recently, I could no longer truly be angry with the state of the world, when it’s obvious that: 1. Some people enjoy being ignorant. 2. People with power will do anything to keep it.

I’m an optimist, but, I’m also a realist.

Sometimes it’s so surreal, that I wonder if our dimension has fallen into a caricature of itself. Um, you want happiness, but, you don’t want to change who you are? You want evolution without effort? You want intelligence without study? And, enlightenment without walking your path?

LMAO!!!! How? Seriously, how can those things be accomplished without applying yourself? How can you ever get “there” without leaving “here”?

Truly, at some point people are going to either take responsibility for their lives, or, they are going to start losing it–figuratively and literally.

Several times, I’ve been told that I expect too much from people, but, the truth is, people demand too little from themselves. And, I will not apologize for not being blind to what I see.

Life is an ever-flowing stream. It doesn’t stop, just because we stop imagining it.
–Just like our cells don’t stop splitting and multiplying simply because we cannot bare the idea of getting older.

I imagine it’s going to get uglier before it gets pretty again. That’s how change happens, unfortunately. It’s not because it has to be that way, but, because people would rather be forced into it, then just acknowlege its approach. Adulthood is an under-utilized artform. 😉

Ghandi got it right, when he told us to “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” He made it clear, the responsibility and decision for “peace on earth” starts with the individual. It’s not some sort of high-minded, idealistic theory. Its a life-long endeavor.

So, for me to be angry with those who utilize “free-choice” to thwart peace, evolution, and freedom would be silly. It’s happening because we allow it to–plan and simple. Me?? I choose to be the answer to my hope for change. I choose to be the proof of theories on happiness, well-being and love so many ponder, but, never practice.

The time for talk is so far behind us, the sun has set on it, and the dust has settled.

It’s time for some action.

Love Peace Happiness N One,

Sundeevah
